69 Ford Mustang Convertible

For those not familiar with Mustang history, the model was introduced at
the New York World's Fair in April 1964. Over 20,000 cars were sold in the
first week of public release.

It's interesting to note that while Ford chose the name "Mustang" to reflect
the spirited image of the P-51 US World War 2 fighter plane named the Mustang,
the public immediately associated the car with the untamed wild horse of
the American West. Ford quickly adopted the image of a wild galloping horse
as the badging symbol of this now classic car.

The Mustang got larger once again for 1969 even though the wheelbase remained 108 inches.
The new body for 1969 featured four headlights, a sharp nose with a simpler grille that
dispensed with the famed running horse centerpiece and a revision of the fake side scoops
on the coupe and convertible. Unlike the '67, the '69 design clearly broke from established
Mustang styling themes.

This 1969 Ford Mustang Convertible comes equipped with a factory "H"- code
351 CI 4V V8 producing 250HP. The exterior is finished in a bright Red with a black
vinyl interior in great condition and complemented by a stunning white soft top. Factory options
include: Pwr. Steering, Pwr. Brakes, AM Radio, Automatic Transmission and Mach 1 Wheels.
Thousands invested over the years. Included are service and parts records from previous owner.
Runs and drives great. This classic Convertible will bring you many years of driving
enjoyment. A Classic gorgeously sleek Ford Mustang Convertible!
